I had an issue with my order and ended up having to email them a couple of times before it got sorted. To be fair, they were polite and did fix it in the end, but the back-and-forth took longer than I expected, which was a little ridiculous. The products themselves are fine, I just wish their support was quicker. Overall, not bad, but not amazing either

It’s kind of hard to describe, but my skin still felt a little oily after using it. I expected it to feel cleaner than it did.

Not gonna lie, I really wanted to like this beard oil, but it just did not work for me. It seemed to sit on my face forever instead of sinking in, and my beard felt greasy for hours. I ended up wiping some of it off because it was bothering me. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I’m not sure anyone actually reads these, but this hydrated my skin okay at first. It feels a bit better right after I put it on, but after a few hours my skin still gets dry again...
